The council is currently accepting applications for the 2015-2016 NCEES Emerging Engineers and Surveyors Group through April 1.The paths to licensure for engineers and surveyors have changed considerably in the last century, said David Widmer, president of NCEES, which is a nonprofit organization made up of engineering and surveying licensing boards from all U.S. states and territories and the District of Columbia. NCEES and its member licensing boards continuously work to improve the process.
